We are a small resort located on Bull Shoals Lake. We have 2 newly remodeled cabins for rent. This is a duplex that has an adjoining interior door. It can be rented as two 2 bed 1 bath units or 1 bedroom 1 bath and 3 bedroom 1 bath unit, by changing which side of the cabin has access to the second bedroom of cabin 1. Please request an adjusted quote if you would like to reserve anything other than a 2 bedroom, 1 bath cabin. Each 2 bedroom 1 bathroom cabin is furnished with a queen size bed in the master bedroom and full over full bunkbeds in the 2nd bedroom, bedding, small dresser/nightstand, hanging closet space and fan. The cabin has two bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and shower. The large, open kitchen has granite counter tops, a gas range with oven, and all the pots, pans, and utensils needed for your stay. Sit on the screened porch with your morning coffee and watch the birds. In the evening, step out on the open deck for a serene view of the woods and lake while you grill your afternoon catch. Later, build a fire in the fire pit and roast some marshmallows. There is a public boat ramp half mile from the cabin with easy boat access to the lake. Bedroom #1 has a queen bed, bedroom #2 has two twin beds, and cots are available upon request. A washer and dryer are provided. The Peel Ferry and a marina are just up the road. Bass Pro Shop in Springfield Missouri, historic Eureka Springs, the Ozark Folk Center in Mountain View, Arkansas as well as the world renowned Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art in Bentonville are examples of great day trips. Shady Acres Resort is a unique home quietly nestled on six acres of wooded land overlooking the lake. You can watch peaceful sunsets as well as the ferry crossing the lake. The newly remodeled 1,600 square foot A-frame has three bedrooms, two queen beds downstairs and one king bed in the loft above the common living area. It has three full baths. The master bath has a whirlpool tub, while the middle bath has a five foot walk-in shower with an LED colored rain head. The third bath has a shower, a washer and dryer. Bull Shoals Lake at Peel is a calm, clean part of the lake with relatively little water traffic and great fishing. The Hwy 125 marina just a mile away provides boat rentals. You can launch your own kayak, bass boat, sailboat, pontoon, or party barge for a $3 fee. The auto ferry on Hwy 125 is located between the Buck Creek Marina on the north shore and the HWY 125 Marina on the south shore of the lake. The scenic views on both sides of the lake make Hwy 125 a favorite route for motor cycle travelers. There is also a free festival in Yellville (40 minutes to the Southeast), Music on the Square starting every second Saturday at 7:00 p.m. from May through September.
